Spontaneity, the main watchword of cookery at Casa Marcial

Casa Marcial is located in the village of La Salgar in Asturias, a rural environment with a beautiful mountain backdrop.
Manzano and his family are always at pains to point out that Casa Marcial is its location, the restaurant's surroundings. It comes as no surprise, therefore, that they do not forsake their own identity in their gastronomic endeavours, and allow themselves to be guided by their instincts. This is where spontaneity emerges as the main watchword of the cuisine of the Manzano siblings.
Nacho heads the business up and Esther is his right-hand woman, and Casa Marcial draws inspiration from and recreates nature in Asturias, inspiration that emerges naturally and spontaneously because it forms the essence of the restaurant.
